I have been teaching Jewish music for over 24 years. I teach Piano, Keyboard, Guitar, and Ukulele.
I have developed my own teaching method that incorporates reading sheet music and developing the students ear. This combination leads to a student being able to reach a point where they can figure out melodies and chord structures on their own.
It is very rewarding to see children and even adults learn an instrument. The benefits of the discipline of practice and developing ones mind musically can last a lifetime.
Over the first 22 years I always taught my students in person. The past 2 years have shown a need for remote learning as well. I am available over Zoom now world wide. I have adapted my methods to the new technology and use innovative tools to enhance the learning experience.
